Glenda Adams is senior manager, supplier diversity for The Coca-Cola Company. In this role, she leads the development and implementation of strategies and programs that help further build, maintain and grow the diverse supplier base for the company.

In partnership with senior leadership, Adams is accountable to develop business plans, key metrics, and targets for each procurement category that supports the overall strategy to grow supplier diversity spend, create a sustained pipeline of diverse suppliers and expand categories where diverse suppliers are used, as well as identify existing and creative ways to include diverse suppliers in the pipeline via strategic partnerships.

Adams joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2014 and has nearly 20 years’ experience in transportation, supply chain management, & more recently supplier diversity. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, she worked in Supply Chain Solutions for United Parcel Service (UPS) for 11 years.

Adams earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University. She is a native of Tampa, FL but has called Atlanta, GA home for 20 years.
