Ronnie Charcalla is Vice President of Culture, Diversity and Engagement in the Inclusive Solutions department at Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU).
In this key role, as the head of Culture, Diversity and Engagement, she has responsibility for inclusion and diversity, business resource groups, volunteerism, culture and employee engagement activities as well as community engagement councils. Prudential’s mission is powered by an Inclusive Culture where all employees are heard, supported and valued.
Ronnie spent the first 19 years of her career holding positions of increasing responsibility within Prudential’s various businesses. Her early experience with Prudential Retirement included leadership positions in Client Service, New Client Transitions, Contribution and Distribution Processing, and Product Management, as well as the US Customer Office.
In her previous role, Ronnie was responsible for the teams that educate, service and support Prudential Retirement Individual customers. This includes the Participant Service Center, Retirement Counselor teams (field & phone based), and the Retail Operations and Direct Service teams. She brings over 25 years of financial services experience, with more than a decade in product development.
Ronnie also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she managed the defined contribution and integrated benefits product offering for approximately 4 years.
Ronnie earned a BS in Business Management at Kean University and an Executive MBA in business administration New York University’s Stern School of Business.
