Natalie Tran serves as the Executive Director of the CAA Foundation at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). The CAA Foundation activates popular culture to create sustainable social change by mobilizing timely initiatives and partnerships. Based in the Los Angeles office, Tran consults clients, executives, and corporations on their philanthropic and pro-social initiatives.

In 2020, Tran led the formation of the Civic Alliance a non-partisan coalition of businesses united by a commitment to a thriving democracy. Since its inception, the Civic Alliance has grown to over 1,250 companies with a reach of 5.6 million employees. That year, she also co-founded Power the Polls, a national initiative that inspired over 700,000 Americans to serve as poll workers.
