Dr. Shantanu Nundy oversees the company’s clinical strategy and team to improve health outcomes for individuals and families, as well as the experience and relationships they have with their providers. Nundy is also a practicing primary care physician at Neighborhood Health, a federally qualified health center serving a large, immigrant community in Northern Virginia.

Nundy has published a variety of thought leadership contributions in healthcare including “Employers Can Do More to Advance Health Equity” in the Harvard Business Review, “The Quintuple Aim for Health Care Improvement: A New Imperative to Advance Health Equity” in the Journal of American Medicine, and has authored or been cited in Washington Post, The New York Times, NPR, and Wall Street Journal. In 2021 he published a second book, Care After Covid: What the Pandemic Revealed is Broken in Healthcare and How to Reinvent It.

He serves as a lecturer in health policy at the George Washington Milken Institute for Public Health. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Management Science. He received his Medical Degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. Nundy holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
