Rich has more than 25 years of experience aligning business, legal, public policy, and
community relations objectives to advance strategic priorities for General Electric, MasterCard,
and Discover. He has also served as the President and CEO of the New Jersey Retail
Merchants Association and Executive Director of the New Jersey Council of Chain Drug Stores.
Rich is a graduate of Rutgers University and a United States Marine Corps veteran
