Andrea Moribe is the General Manager for the PepsiCo Foundation's social enterprise, Food for Good – a signature platform for advancing food security. Andrea leads all aspects of Food for Good’s operations, from planning to daily execution, to help the program deliver more than 245 million meals to more than 41 million people around the world. She also works closely with external partners to design strategic methods for evaluation of impact from PepsiCo Foundation grants.
Andrea has been with PepsiCo for more than 12 years serving in a wide variety of roles across the business. Most recently, Andrea was the Supply Chain Director for Pepsi Equipment Services in PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) where she led a team comprised of 500 operations employees, who focused on managing approximately 400,000 PepsiCo assets in the company’s South Division covering the southeast region of the U.S.
Andrea is passionate about PepsiCo’s diversity agenda and has served as part of the Network of Executive Women for PBNA and is a leader in the PBNA South Division Racial Equality Journey. In 2012, Andrea was recognized with PepsiCo’s Circle of Champion’s Award, a distinguished award designed to recognize frontline employees who have delivered outstanding contributions and performance.
Andrea resides in Atlanta, GA and holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and international business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Master of Science in industrial engineering from the University of Central Florida.
