Speaker Bio
Vivian Greentree, Ph.D., serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Citizenship and President of the Fiserv Cares Foundation. Known for her strategic vision and coalition building, Vivian has designed award-winning, employee-centric programs, successfully driving culture development through comprehensive diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and community investment strategies.
Vivian transitioned to Fiserv following its acquisition of First Data in 2019, where she pioneered First Data Salutes as the inaugural Head of Military and Veteran Affairs. Her innovative approach led to the expansion of First Data's DEI and community investment strategy, culminating in the launch of the Office of Corporate Citizenship, aligning associate and community engagement with global diversity and inclusion, philanthropic, and ESG and sustainability efforts.
Under Vivian's leadership, Fiserv has received numerous prestigious recognitions, including being named a Civic 50 company by Points of Light and included in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index, Disability:IN’s Disability Equality Index, and the Human Rights Campaign’s Human Equality Index. Moreover, Fiserv consistently ranks in the top 5 on Military Times' Best for Vets: Employers, securing this position for the past five years.
Before joining First Data, Vivian co-founded Blue Star Families, the nation’s largest military family organization. She spearheaded the creation of the groundbreaking Military Family Lifestyle Survey, now an annual benchmark study addressing an extensive range of issues impacting modern-day military families, including a civic health index for the military community.
Vivian's diverse leadership experience spans the public, non-profit, and private sectors. A Navy veteran and military spouse, she is passionately dedicated to creating positive, inclusive environments for citizens and corporations to thrive, firmly believing that human capital management and corporate citizens are the key for driving both commerce and a flourishing, civically engaged society.
Vivian is an active adherent of business as a force for good and serves on the Board of Directors for Dog Tag Bakery, a veteran entrepreneurship incubator, is on the Board of Advisors for Girl Scouts of America’s Greater Atlanta Council, the Alumni Association Advisory Board for the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia, and recently joined the national Board of Directors for Student Veterans of America. She is also a board member for the Metro Atlanta Chamber, a member of the Atlanta Rotary, and on the Board of Advisors for the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurship (RICE), the pre-eminent Center of Excellence for Black Entrepreneurship in the country. She is a proud military spouse, married to a recently retired Naval Aviator, and together they have two boys, ages 20 and 17.
